Q. How can I place an order?

First, select the products you like, add them to your shopping cart, and after filling in the shipping address information, select the payment method and complete the payment.

After the order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order information and payment method. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.

When your package is fulfilled, you will receive a tracking order email with your package’s tracking number, and you can track your package online in real time.

Q. What payment methods can I use?

We accept PayPal as well as the four major credit cards. 

Q. What countries do you ship to?

Even though our warehouse is primarily in the United States, we can can ship to all over the world.

Q. When will my order arrive?
Order processing time takes 2 business days.

Once shipped, we will send you an email.

Shipping time in the US is usually about 7-15 days. Shipping time to other countries usually takes 10-20 days.

Delivery companies are usually FedEx, Yun Express or DHL.
